Delivery Times
The estimated delivery time of domestic USPS Priority Mail and USPS First-Class Mail is 1-3 business days upon the item being shipped. First-Class Mail International delivery times will vary depending on the country being delivered to, but may take up to 1-2 months. Priority Mail International estimates 6-10 business days for delivery. Due to limitations as a result of COVID-19, please allow additional time for post office handling and delivery.

Domestic Shipping
Items are shipped with the option of either USPS First-Class Mail or USPS Priority Mail.
The cost of First-Class Mail is based on the total weight of the order and includes basic tracking but does not include insurance. First-Class Mail is available for orders totaling under 13 oz in weight.
In the case of Priority Mail, the cost of shipping may not necessarily increase with the number of items you order depending on the size of packaging required to ship your items. Priority Mail includes a tracking number and standard insurance. When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Free domestic shipping is available for purchases of $300 or more in a single order.

International Shipping
International orders are shipped with the option of either USPS First-Class Mail International, USPS First-Class Mail International Registered, or USPS Priority Mail International. The cost of First-Class Mail International is based on the total weight of items ordered and includes basic tracking for some select countries only but does not include insurance. First-Class Mail is available for orders totaling under 4 lbs (64 oz) in weight and under $400 in value.

For an extra USD $16, First-Class Mail can include the "Registered Mail" add-on, which provides additional protection and security for your shipment. Please note that this add-on provides some indemnity, but is not considered as insured mail. Registered Mail service does not provide detailed tracking, but does provide information with a scan showing the delivery status or attempted delivery information. The cost of Priority Mail International will vary depending on the total weight of your order (cost increases per every 1 lb). Priority Mail International is the fastest option and includes a tracking number and standard insurance (up to $200). When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. FAKE STAR USA is not responsible for any additional customs charges incurred in your country. Credit/Debit card payments are processed with Square; foreign transaction fees may occur. FAKE STAR USA is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once the package is outside of the USA, so please select your shipping option carefully and contact your country's postal service with any inquiries.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns/exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of quality issues with the product or incorrect merchandise reported within 5 days of delivery. FAKE STAR USA is not responsible for damage due to USPS handling. FAKE STAR USA does not cover the cost of return shipping.

Return to Sender
Any reshipping services are at FAKE STAR USA’s sole discretion. If a package is returned to us because of undeliverable address such as incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. In this event, we will reach out to you to reconfirm your correct information and collect the additional fees for redelivery.

About Pre-Order Campaigns
Pre-ordering means that you are placing an order before the item is available. FAKE STAR's pre-orders are typically run for ordering merchandise from a brand or artist to be sent to the US in a single shipment from Japan once the ordering period ends. Those goods will then be distributed to customers from the FAKE STAR USA office. Please allow additional time for your pre-order items to arrive, as they are being shipped from Japan. As with regular orders, you will receive a confirmation email when your item is shipped from the FAKE STAR USA office.
