Returns & Exchanges
Returns/exchanges are not accepted, except in the case of quality issues with the product or incorrect merchandise reported within 5 days of delivery. FAKE STAR USA is not responsible for damage due to USPS handling. FAKE STAR USA does not cover the cost of return shipping.
All items are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Because of this, the cost of shipping may not necessarily increase with the number of items you order depending on the size of packaging required to ship your order. Priority mail will automatically include a tracking number and standard insurance. When your item is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Free shipping is available for purchases of $300 or more in a single order.
Shipping outside of the United States is not available at this time.
The estimated delivery time of USPS Priority mail is 1-3 business days upon the item being shipped. Due to limitations as a result of COVID-19, FAKE STAR USA is currently sending shipments 1-2 times a week, so please allow additional time for your item to arrive.
About Pre-Order Campaigns
Pre-ordering means that you are placing an order before the item is available. FAKE STAR's pre-orders are typically run for ordering merchandise from a brand or artist to be sent to the US in a single shipment from Japan once the ordering period ends. Those goods will then be distributed to customers from the FAKE STAR USA office. Please allow additional time for your pre-order items to arrive, as they are being shipped from Japan. As with regular orders, you will receive a confirmation email when your item is shipped from the FAKE STAR USA office.
